Mason Header

Mason is played by Dana A. in Dallas by Night, a game of Vampire: the Masquerade. She is an employee of Lucille Semingsworth played by Tabitha.

Mason Mason was born in Dallas but her family moved to North Carolina when her father, a statistician, was drafted. He served as an intelligence officer in Viet Nam, then decided to continue in the military. Mason and her family moved to Virginia when she was nine. Her mother was from an old New England family and Mason spent her summers on Cape Cod or the coastal islands visiting cousins and grandparents. Mason was always very sociable yet everyone around her sensed something in reserve. She had many friends but no very close confidants. A tragic episode where her boyfriend committed suicide led her to even more inner reserve, while still maintaining her friendliness and attractiveness.

Mason devoted all her free time to her projects, which started out in elementary school with organizing her classmates to make things for children whose homes were destroyed in floods or tornadoes, etc, and continued with literacy projects, cooking for the elderly, collecting for health research and all sorts of other activities. She did well in school and along with her connections and her constant public service got into Harvard University, where she joined a social services co-ed fraternity and continued her work.

After graduating from Harvard, Mason returned to Dallas where her father's family was, and stayed with a cousin while looking for a job. She soon came to the attention of Lucille Semingsworth, who hired her and has taken a special interest.
