Riskard Devereaux

An avid occultist and illusionist of some skill, Riskard is a leader among Kindred and quite rich, his cool charm and quick intelligence puts him in the forefront of most politicking. It is rumored that he studies the art of Thaumaturgy heavily and that his powers of dominating are very impressive but few have had the chance to witness this prowess.  Riskard has allies, contacts and retainers from all walks of life and such makes him a hard foe to move against politically.  As with all Tremere he is content to play the defensive role and allow his enemies to run themselves ragged.
