Armament Rights
Serfs are allowed to carry a dagger or
any type of tool.
Free men are allowed to carry up to a sword and wear leather
garments if necessary.
Soldiers are allowed armor and weapons regulated by their
military unit not including chivalric items. They should dress down when
not on duty if possible.
Nobles may wield what they like and may grant such permissions
on those they see fit but will be responsible for that persons actions.
